About an order you already placed
Just hit reply on your order confirmation or shipping email. It comes straight to me with your order details attached, which saves us both a round trip.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3 business days, and you get a tracking email the moment yours is on the way. More detail on the shipping schedule page.
Outside the US
I ship within the USA only right now. If you are international, join the Discord and folks there can point you to a seller who ships to you.
Questions about Vail itself
For the Vail web app, firmware, or CW questions that are not about hardware you bought from me, the Discord is the best place to ask. Plenty of people there who know their stuff.
